Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform consumers pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

YouReply Analyze is a digital software platform that analyses survey and research data (CSV, Excel) with statistical methods, producing assumption checks, test statistics, effect sizes and reportable results tables. The service is accessed through a web browser. Paid plans are purchased for monthly or annual periods and do not renew automatically at the end of the period.

The scope of the plans is set out below. Plans differ only in their analysis-run allowance, number of users and enterprise add-ons; all statistical methods are the same on every plan:

• Free: ₺0 (50 analysis runs per month, 1 user, all 60 statistical methods)
• Basic: current amount for a monthly or annual period on the pricing page (unlimited analysis runs, 1 user, all 60 statistical methods)
• Enterprise: custom pricing under a separate contract (unlimited analysis runs, unlimited users, all 60 statistical methods, reports under your own brand, priority support)

The information on the pricing page prevails for current amounts.

3. Service Fee and Payment

The fee is charged in advance as a one-off payment for the selected period (monthly or annual). Stated prices include VAT. Payment methods: credit card and debit card (through the iyzico payment infrastructure) and bank transfer. Card details are not stored by us, and no automatic charge is made to a saved card for later periods. Annual payment includes two months free (ten months are charged).

4. Delivery

For card payments the digital service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. For bank transfers the service is activated once receipt of the payment in the Seller's account is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.

5. Duration and End of the Service

The plan ends automatically at the end of the purchased period and the account returns to the free plan; no separate cancellation is required. A consumer wishing to continue initiates the payment for a new period themselves.

6. Free Trial

The Basic plan can be tried free of charge for 14 days. The trial can be used once per account for this product, starts without any payment details, and no automatic charge is made at the end of the trial; when the trial ends the account returns to the free plan.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Law no. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning intangible goods performed instantaneously in electronic form and delivered instantly to the consumer. The consumer is informed of this before purchase and, when confirming the order, agrees that performance of the service begins immediately.

8. Complaints and Objections

Consumers may submit complaints and objections through:

For unresolved disputes, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

9. Consumer Consent

The consumer acknowledges and declares that they have read, understood and accepted this preliminary information form in electronic form, and that the necessary information was provided before completing the purchase.
