Terms of Use

This English version is provided for information only. The agreement is governed by Turkish law and the Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. General

These Terms of Use govern the use of the YouReply Analyze platform (the "Platform") provided by YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş. ("YouReply"). By using the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the YouReply Analyze statistical data analysis platform and all its components
  • User: the person or organisation holding an account on the Platform and running analyses
  • Data set: the file submitted for analysis (CSV/Excel)
  • Analysis run: the execution of a single statistical method on one data set
  • Service: all features and tools offered through the Platform

3. Account Creation

You need an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide, for the security of your account, and for all activity carried out through it.

4. Conditions of Use

4.1 Acceptable use

  • Lawful and ethical statistical analysis of survey, scale and research data
  • Academic work, theses and internal research reporting
  • Analysing data you have permission to collect

4.2 Prohibited use

  • Uploading or analysing unlawful content
  • Collecting or processing personal data without a legal basis
  • Activity that threatens Platform security
  • Unauthorised access to other users' accounts
  • Infringing the Platform's intellectual property rights
  • Presenting statistical output misleadingly, detached from its method and assumptions

5. Intellectual Property

The design, software, logo and all intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to YouReply. The data you analyse and the reports produced from it belong to you.

6. Nature of Analysis Output

Results are computed with standard open-source statistical libraries (SciPy, statsmodels, scikit-learn, semopy, NumPy, pandas), and the raw output (degrees of freedom, confidence intervals, test statistics) is shown in full. No language model or other generative artificial intelligence service is used in the analysis. However, choosing the method and interpreting the assumptions are the User's responsibility; a test whose assumptions are not met is flagged with a warning but can still be run. The output does not by itself replace academic or professional advice, and responsibility for decisions based on it rests with the User.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for paid plans are published on the Platform's pricing page. Stated prices include VAT. Paid plans are purchased with a one-off payment for the selected period (monthly or annual) and do not renew automatically at the end of the period. YouReply reserves the right to change prices upon prior notice; a change does not affect a period that has already been paid for.

8. Service Level

YouReply targets 99.9% availability for the Platform. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. YouReply is not liable for outages caused by force majeure or by third-party service providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

YouReply does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. YouReply is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the User over the preceding 12 months.

10. Suspension and Termination

YouReply may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is retained for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

YouReply reserves the right to amend these terms upon prior notice. Changes are announced by e-mail and/or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
